Donation to the Arkansas Pharmacists Association Legal Defense Fund - Coordinated By IPhA

The Illinois Pharmacists Association is standing alongside the Arkansas Pharmacists Association in supporting their Legal Defense Fund for the upcoming US Supreme Court case – Rutledge v. PCMA.

The IPhA Board of Directors has authorized matching up to $1,500 from this contribution campaign. In addition to $1,500 from the Pharmacy Advocacy Fund and $1,000 (to date) from the IPhA Board of Directors.

This Supreme Court case will establish how pharmacy practice survives going forward and being able to continue to provide accessible care for our patients.

(From the Arkansas Pharmacists Association website)
“The Arkansas Pharmacists Association Legislative/Legal Defense Fund has been established to support our entire advocacy operation for the Supreme Court case and beyond: research, lobbying, attorneys, communications, the entire operation. The better funded the Legal Defense Fund, the more resources and influence we can put toward accomplishing our goals at the Supreme Court, defending the practice of pharmacy in key litigation, and getting priority legislation passed."

Support this vital cause for the Profession and our Patients!
